bad customer service

<p>i was st the mcds in claremont with voucher, placed my order and whn i had to pay they did not know how to use the voucher code, i then requested to speak to a manager who took his own time to come to the front counter. after explaining the situation to the manager he dismissed the idea and advised me that this voucher is not going t work anyway without even trying it. when i answered him back he just dismissed me completely and walked away.</p> <p>this is the 1stb time that ive experienced this kind of service from mcdonalds and i was utterly horrified. i will never be putting my foot in tghis establishment again.</p> <p> </p> <p>McDonalds Cavendish Sqaure, Claremont</p>
