Bad customer service

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>Many a times I have ordered from McDonald's Kempton Park, and each time is a bad experience.</p> <p>My last order, 20.02.2017 was the worst experience.</p> <p>My burger was delivered with the incorrect sauce - I had ordered a Jalapeno burger, yet received a burger with plain chilli sauce, no lettuce or tomato!</p> <p>To top it all, the driver did not have enough change and owed me R7.10.</p> <p> </p> <p>I spoke to the restaurante manager, he assured me that I would get the burger that I ordered and my change. However, I only received my change and not my burger.</p> <p>I did not even receive an apology from the manager.</p> <p> </p>
