bad customer service

<p>We get to McDonald's and ask what timbe do they open they say at 7. When its time for them to open they do not open we look at the time its now 7:05 . The staff instead of communicating and tell us what is the delay they just look at us and laugh and they where busy dancing. Finally when they open it is now 7:30 the guy who open was so rude and unprofessional he tells us we will not be told when to open by you and yet they had said they opening at 7 not 30 minutes later. </p> <p>Is that the type of customer service McDonald's is supposed to be giving their customers and have staff that is rude </p>
