Bad customer service

<p>I popped in at McDonal's Hilfox. I am not happy with the service i received. Firstly, Thokozani argues with me, i told her i want a cuppicino and i am told to upgrade a coffee to a cuppuccino costs R14. After paying at her window, she hands me the card, and doest tell me to go to the other window to collect my order. One would think thats common sense for her to say, "Thank you, please collect your order at the next window". Nosicelo from the next window clearly doesnt want to work, she didnt greet us, she handed us our order and she is moody.</p>
