Bad customer service

<p>Saturady 29/10/2016 @ 13:00 pm I went to the drive thru at McDonald's lansdowne road,I placed my order which was 1 medium jalapeno double meal,I gave the money to the cashier the wind was blowing and she dropped the R20.00 and still had the coins in her hand.The manager was called and he point blank refused to give me my meal which I had already paid,it wasn't my fault that the cashier dropped the money yet the manager who's name is DEANO blamed the incident on me and said that they unfortunately do not give free food.SO THE RESULT WAS ME HAVING TO PAY TWICE FOR THE SAME MEAL WHICH I THINK WAS TOTALLY WRONG.I ALWAYS TELL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO BUY AT THIS BRANCH BECAUSE THE SERVICE IS GOOD HOWEVER AFTER TODAY'S INCIDENT I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING ELSE AGAIN AND I WILL INFORM EVERYBODY I KNOW NOT TO BUY THERE AGAIN.</p>
