Bad customer service

<p>On Sunday around 2pm I went to McDonald's in Potchefstroom to order an Oreo ice scream, when I got to the till I asked for an Oreo and the cashier (Tlago) gave me an Oreo that was was not mixed but just ice scream and cruched Oreo just ontop of the ice scream, I then showed the cashier that I cannot accept it she then with an irritated face took it back and said to the woman who was preparing it that I'm complaining and I heard the woman who was doing it saying "Kante bothata bage keng" meaning "Whats his problem" she then made another one which is also didn't mix and which was even little comapred to the normal cup size of an Oreo, I then told the cashier to look at it again she then said that why don't I speak to the person doing it myself I then asked her is she expecting me to address people working in the kitchen I then asked her to speak to the manager, then she said she will call the manager but didn't I waited and waited until I left after she started arguing with me with an attitude telling me she's not the one making it so why don't talk to person who prepared it thats when I told her the person whom I should speak to is her cause she's the one running the bill, the rest of the cashiers weren't even on their but chatting while the quee was getting longer and longer, this was not the first time I received such disatifactory service from McDonald's in Potchefstroom, most employees there have an atitude problem when it come to servig people its like they feel forced and display lack of proffesionalism in their jobs.</p>
