Bad Customer Service

Today at 18h27 I visited Mcdonalds Drive Thru in Gugulethu.I placed my order at the 1st window was assisted by Bulelwa and she confirmed the order. Went to the 2nd window to make the payment and when I got to the Collection window we find out that she did not ring up the whole order. Qhawe told me that I had to go back to the 1st window to make the order again and hat to go through the whole process. When I asked her to ring up our order she told me she will not be able to do that..Firstly its a drive thr so I drove there using my petrol for me to be told that I must drive around again. They have no regard no care for their customers you should have seen how non-chalant she was even as I insisted that it was not our fault.Order no#59
