Bad customer service

I was highly disappointed by the level of disrespect and belittling behaviour given by the staff. Firstly we had to wait for a good +- 40min for our order. When I passively tried to ask one of the staff members giving out the orders she blatantly ignored me and continued to respond to atleast 3 other than came after me for their order collections. When I called her out on this I was ignored and she continued to the back to the kitchen and they started making a mockery and fun of the situation as I began to explain to the manager of the situation right after another customer had just laid a complaint as well given the behaviour and treatment of staff. When she was repremanded to atleast come and apologise she directly and repeatedly refused the order given by her superior. By this time I'm still not receiving my order by the time we actually got our order, our food was already cold. To top it all off the manager had told me that I'm creating a show off by the time we were leaving
