Bad customer service

I'm hurt and teary writing this. I have had such bad service at one of your restaurants. I went there for my lunch, my chips were like 20 in the box, it wasn't the normal amount of chips I get at other McDonald's. I thought let me let it go. Then I went for oreo mcflurry chocolate. I had to wait for over 30 minutes. I only got assistance when I asked for my ice cream. They lady who was giving out orders (with pink or red) hair was busy rolling her eyes at me, mind you I was just quiet and not saying anything. After some time a guy called teboho or something comes with cone ice-cream for customers that bought after me. He then was told about my ice cream. He then took another 30-40 minutes pouring the ice cream and then when he eventually brought it, it was the incorrect ice cream with caramel and not chocolate. The manager or supervisor was not bothered. They lady with red hair kept rolling her eyes when the other crew members asked her why have I been waiting sooo long. I'm disgusted. Why is it with your restaurant I have to go upmarket areas in order to get a better service? Don't you give the same training to all your employees regardless of the area of the restaurant. Please do something. I'm tired of this devaluing service. I'm really hurt. The McDonald's is in Johannesburg cbd at small street
