Bad customer experience.

Mcdonald's is no longer what is truly used to be. Most especially the BIG MAC which is an all time favorite, my burger is always dry, with little to no sauces and the either one or NO gherkins at all. I have always thought to give the burger a second chance but I'm forever disappointed, this is me vowing to myself never to disappoint myself ever again.
