Bad Customer Experience

Hello Peter... Yesterday I experienced a awful experience at Mac D at Century City (canal walk) , the assistance (THANDO) was so rude in a manner that I ended up regretting even having my lunch there. I bought a quarter deluxe burger, I had to returned the burger to ask for them to add some lettuce on the burger as it did not have, she was extremely rude and she asked me i should've just say you want extra lettuce, I opened the burger to show there was no lettuce but onions, she took the burger and added a bunch loads of lettuce and the nerve to say you better enjoy the burger now with an attitude and also speaking Xhosa for her colleagues to come see. The way I was no disappointed and felt disrespected from being a loyal Mac D customer to be treated in that manner, as I thought to myself was this person ever on customer service training because I am sure with that attitude Mac D will be loosing more customers.
