Bad customer experience

Went for breakfast at Mcdonalds at Gateway to get a quick meal, but I was treated so bad. Which person greets a customer by saying "Yes!, Hello?" It gives an instant feeling of the worker wanting to get rid of the client as soon as possible, possibly not wanting to help at all. When I got to the paypoint she has her hand on her head and greets the nxt client the same ovr the intercom. The 2 ladies names are Dindi and Thandi. No greeting or thank you when the food was given in my hands. Just a turn away and laugh with the co workers. How rude can a team be? The whole team is rude.
