Bad constomer service

I was at MacDonalds Newcastle time was 4:55pm I wanted to buy food I send in a counter I was ignored twice whe I ask the acting mananger she told me that I'm standing in a wrong place I ask her where I was suppose to stand she raised her voice saying I was suppose to stand at the till I've ask her but she was serving someone right now and he was not at he till she kept talking back with an attitude
