Bad client service

On 2024-05-31 later around 9 I bought 3 Big Mac meals as always i was on night shift w were closing already

when i got to work and tried to eat the burger it was too salty we threw them away next night i went to complain o wanted only an apology not meal but one lady threw remarks as if we wanted freebies saying "they ate the burgers now they want to complain" i was so offended the manager(refiloe) did not bother coming to apologise

i want that lady to be taught a lesson on how to treat humans/customers
