Bad client service

Went to McDonalds Turffontein placed an order using drive through and they missed she items only realised when i was collecting ,the lady from the collection was rude didn't even apologize or rather ask her colleague what happened she told bluntly told me she rang what is on the slip just like that.Had to ask for a manager and was told to park and wait and tje manager never came .I had to go back and order i find that type of service very bad and yet someone is employed to service people but they are not doing that.
