BAD CLIENT SERVICE

We went tonight to Norkem Park Mcdonald's to buy food. I request from the lady that I want 3 Lime Milkshakes she said to me no she cant help me the machine is not working. A few minutes later a little boy came in and asked for milkshakes she then assisted him I asked her why she said no to me but she say yes to the little boy? She said all of the sudden that the machine is working.... I requested for my son a kiddies meal but asked specifically for Chicken nuggets got home and we found a burger inside the kiddies meal. People don't listen when we are talking and have a don't care attitude.
