Bad client experience from McDonald's Hatfield on the 18/11/2021

Bad client experience from McDonald's Hatfield on the 18/11/2021. I waited for close to 30 minutes to get my order and they called my order when I got there they didn't give my food I had to wait again. I did spend almost all my lunch waiting and I am very much disappointed with their service because it looks like poor service is their standard since we'll they didn't see anything wrong
