BAD BAD SERVICE - WESTWOOD McDonalds

I have never in my life been so disappointed at any fast-food outlet as the new McDonalds in Westwood. We have been there 3 times this past month and all 3 times we had issues. The 1st time we left (did not check our packets) got home and some of our items were not in the bags. The 2nd time went there, they did not have stock of most items and we had to order stuff we did not want. The last time we were there we waited for more than 30 minutes for them to bring our meals and half of our items were not in the bags (again). When we asked about it, we just got a cold shoulder and rude stares. Took another 10 minutes to get them to bring the missing items. We have never had bad service like this at any other McD before. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Staff is rude and unorganised. We will not be supporting them again in future. We are a big family and we always spend a lot of money there, but hey, I will rather go buy Burger King in future.
