Bad bad service

They should have closed the shop on Saturday 1 February 20. My till slip nr was 130 and time 1418. I waited patiently like everyone else until my number reflected on the screen to say the order was being prepared and later it disappeared until i noticed that all customers that were behind me were being called for their orders. Then I went to enquire about my order. The lady went to check at the kitchen and came back to say they still preparing my order and she doesn't know exactly what is happening in the kitchen. By then customers were told they don't have drinks but had option to choose between powerade and ice tea. So after waiting for almost an hour without any help i decided to get a refund for my order. I called for the manager on duty for the refund. When she came she was literally struggling on the till until she went at the back for about 10 minutes without any words and came back with a gentleman and they were both struggling then seeing that I waisted time and my nephew was competing at the twizza super school at tuks ww were to support him i decided to leave everything and told them I'll come back later for my money then i was back around 20:30 in evening to find the refund was put aside with the manager on duty with wrong slip and manager didn't know what was happening then I had to leave my money so they can sort it out the following day.
