BAD BAD SERVICE

Yesterday I had my daughter’s birthday party at McDonald's Lenasia. I was very disappointed and disgusted to say the least. We had a booking for 2pm but got there early to wait for our guests. The venue was not set up and the staff kept passing the buck from one to the other. The birthday only begun towards 3pm. The hostess did horrible face paintings and a rush, rush job with everything. SHE SEEMED OVERWHELMED. The air con was not working and there were no windows open. Then we were asked to vacate the party area, as they needed to prepare for another party at 4pm. I am not sure if the standard has been reduced to what those premises are but if that's the case Lenasia McDonalds does not look a bit like other McDonalds. They were short staffed and the whole restaurant was not well ventilated. I was not told that the cake would be so tiny. Give the exact measurements to prospective clients and don’t sell them a dream. Apparently the stores rules are not to issue out presents because its privately owned, I still don't get it. The party packs really need a lot to be desired as well. This was all very much disheartening and very frustrating! Please go and evaluate the store, its inhumane!
