Bad bad service

I ordered using McDelivery’s scoot service at 16:51 and my delivery time was 17:32 but the order did not arrive and when i tried to track it, it was stuck at allocating a driver in my order. I couldn’t call to find out because all their numbers close at 17:00 Mon-Fri. Then at 18:45 I receive an sms saying my order was canceled because the kitchen is closed and I will get my refund in3-5 working days.
