Bad Bad Bad Service

I must say, people should start applying for the jobs they love with passion especially customer service. Today @Macdonald Jewel City I received the worst service ever. Melusi was the appetite blocker, no manners, no respect or whatsoever. Firstly he came straight to my fiance to ask if we ordered in Zulu without any greeting, I then greet him to correct his mistake but with no apology he responded rudely again. Few minutes later he was back to give it to me, insult after insult. I can't even begin to mention the words. These kind of people don't appreciate nor respect neither the business nor its customers. Melusi needs training, heavy one or he just quit and go stay home.
