BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD SERVICE MCDONALDS DELIVERY
BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD SERVICE...
How do you arrive in 2 hours with food, 1h 20m over estimated arrival time. And even worse, I ordered 7 Meals and i only receive 5 Full Meals.
You first take your own time, then rob me, and when i called you back to tell your call centre agent, then she said she will let them know. And nothing, nothingness, super bad service, This was in Maitland Mcdonalds and using the mcdeliverysa app.
I hope this 1 star negatively impacts their rating,
Still want my food!!!

19 Aug 2019, 09:51Worst part is their email address *** on their contact -us form does not work, i sent an email and it bounced back as the email address is not valid.
We just made another order, and they brought the wrong order, we sent him back now... How more disappointing can this get.
Mcdonalds does not have an email address to get into contact with them, so this review might not even get recognized by them.
