Bad attitudes

I went to Mc Donald's this morning at about 6:45 and the Mc Cafe had a sign on the glass that it is closed. I asked for a Mozarella Panini and they said the Mc Cafe is closed, I asked why and they said the lady that works there is late. ok then just as i was leaving She arrived and i asked her if she is open and she said yes. I then ordered a Mozzarella Panini and she said that she is not serving panini's yet because she just opened. HUH??? that was a very disappointing experience. On other occasions there has been shortages.
