Bad attitude while customer in need of assistance with missing mobile

Pamela the manager at MacDonald greenstone has bad attitude, my younger sister mobile went missing of the table and she was politely asked to view the cameras then when she returns she says with attitude she cannot see anything then i then ask if i can view them myself while she is there, yet again with attitude and louder voice that she cannot see anything and i cannot view the cameras i should open a case at the police station. Then i said there was no need to give attitude with explaining procedure then she decides to walk away while i was still talking
