BAD ATTITUDE TOWARDS CUSTOMERS

On the 4/07/2015 at 6.35am on my way to work I stopped at Mac dees in Promenade Mall, I asked for a mac ****in and if they could swop the hash browns with a small chips, and this teller I didn't get her name she told me that they cant do that. then I told her a month ago I came to this same mac dees and they gave it me like I requested, I mean why would I go back their if I know they wont serve it the way I want it. this ****ING teller started shouting at me telling me the system cant ring it up like that and she was very rude and sarcastic towards me. I asked to call her manager, she stayed away for about 1 minute then the manager came and he also told me that I cant have it the way I ordered it. whereas I told him at a couple of other mac dees they serve it to me that way with no hesitant. he says sorry we cant. I told him how rude this teller was to me and he just said sorry mam and he left. what kind of customer service is that! L***. I DROVE OFF I DIDNT TAKE ANYTHING AND I WENT AN ORDERED IT BY MAC DEES IN TOKAI AND THEY SERVED IT WITH PLEASURE. I cant believe I had to go through all that BS!, that ***** and her manager needs to go for more training clearly they don't know wgo
