Bad attitude from staff, incorrect prices & meals
On Saturday (16/01/16) at around 18h00 (not 19/12 as indicated on the receipt), we visited the Drive thru of the Mount Edgecombe branch. The adverti*****t board was R25 for a kiddies happy meal which consisted on a protein (nuggets, burger, etc), a side, cooldrink AND a toy. We were then told t0 pay R27.00 at the next window which we didnt complain for R2.00 difference (however its the principle that matters). We had a R100 note which the cashier refused to accept as she didnt have change. I as the customer, dont see how that is my problem? She should have asked her manager to get her change, a huge franchise like that should ALWAYS have change no matter what. Anyway we then paid with a R50 note, got our meal at the next window and left. Upon arriving at home, we opened the box to find chips, burger and a cooldrink, NO TOY! Imagine the dissapointment from a lil 3 year old boy? And to think that we were actually CHARGED R8.30 for the happy meal toy (have pic's to prove all this).

In my opinion, this particular store really needs new management as well as staff training and proper/correct pricing of items as advertised.

We have never had any other issues any other branch in KZN
