Bad attitude from one of the stuff member

On the 9th of December 2017, 2:00 am. I went to grab something to eat at Mac' donald by carnival city. I was assisted by a very rude young gentlemen who waited 20 minutes to tell us that they are closed. We waited the for 20 minutes and finally the mall security guards went to the and the guy shouted rudely saying they are closed. He was so rude , no soft s****s and communication s****s .
