Bad Attitude at McDonalds Hillbrow

<p>Today, 23 December 2016 around 10am</p> <p>I walked into McDonalds Hillbrow (Claim street) carrying a plastic bag with a sealed six pack beer cans.</p> <p>The security approched me and asked me to leave my plastic on the floor near the door, of which I refused to leave my stuff unattended and he was not giving me reasons why I should leave a sealed plastic on the floor.</p> <p>while talking with the security guy a man wearing a Mcdonalds uniform without a name badge came and ordered me to leave my plastic bag on the floor and when I tried to ask him why I should leave my stuff on the floor, he told me its either I leave the plastic bag on the floor or I dont buy anything from the restuarant. he then stormed away, set on one of the benches and started eating.</p> <p>when I went to confront him he started yelling at me saying I must go report him if I have a problem. when I asked for his name he bluntly refused.</p> <p>I then went back to the tills and asked to talk to someone else and a lady who also introduced herself as the manager (Rockshana Setlau ) spoke to me.</p> <p>She apologized for her colleagues behavior, she tried to ask the colleague to apologize to me but he refused and called me names.</p> <p>I walked out of the Mcdonalds without buying anything. I had to resort to KFC as I was with my 7 and 10 years old nieces who were hungry and they were left traumitized by the mans actions.</p>
