Bad Attitude @ Mcdonalds

I was at Westgate Mall ord# 34 reg#18 and l got such bad service from the person that was working at the drive through window Asiphe M Crew id 30... She was rude and had a huge attitude with regards to me operating the card machine. I am not a cashier and if the machine tells me to remove the card and thats what l did. l don't see why she needs to speak to me like l am stupid for not being able to pay for my food. I told her that l don't like her attitude and l will be lodging a complaint. I called the restaurant when l got home and the manager can't understand me when l am speaking English to her so that was my experience today l hope you will be doing something to beef up your customer service because l am so not impressed.
