Bad attitude and stale food

On the 13 of September 2015 I went to McDonalds Lyttelton purchased burger meal. When I started eating fries I noticed that they were not crispy and they were very chewy. I informed Mr Jafta Maake that the chips are not fresh and he said to me \well to me they look fresh to my eyes I have no idea how they look to yours". I have never in my entire life be insulted like this. And people like Mr Jafta Maake shouldn't serve customers as he is arrogant and got attitude. I will never again go to this store and I will spread the word of bad service."""
