Bad attitude and slow service

We placed an order at exactly 14:05 pm on the 7th of January 2023 and it was a sit in, we waited for 30 minutes then we saw people who walked in after us being served so I thought they doing what they did the last time we came here which we had to fetch our own food while others were being served. So when I got to the counter I spoke to some guy who was behind the counter to let him know that we placed an order 30 minutes back and he just said no go sit down and wait your food will come with an attitude tone, no apology or anything and he just attended to other people when I wasn't even finished talking to him. We waited till the clock hit 14:50 and people are still getting their food both take in's and take outs. My sister went to them and the other lady said she just clocked in she knows nothing about our order and my sister told her that she must go check she waited for another 10 minutes whilst they were attending to other people, the same lady then checked our order number and said its not showing on the system yet we paid and have a receipt. I'm no longer going to buy from them. McDonald's should offer their employees customer service induction.
