Bad attitude and service

Service is very bad. Cashier so arrogant. It's like we were worrying her. We couldn't even hear what she was saying. No smile . The service from this place is very bad and it's on going,usually mcdonalds sets the standard with efficiency & customer service but not this branch,maybe they need a refresh course on urls standard cause they always seem to be doing all wrong & this is upsetting.
