Bad attitude and incompitence

On Sunday night we visited McDonald at woodlands. We waited about 3 minutes before any one helped us. The were no other people there but the staff just talked amongst them selves and ignored us. Then Mathabatha helped us. While we were placing the orders she stood and talked to her fellow staff members, made no eye contact, got our order wrong and laughed when we got upset, with no apology. We called the manager who sorted out our order and packed it himself. He gave us the order and when we checked before leaving the store we saw he forgot the toy... Thus 2 staff member being useless..... I will not visit McDonalds again and rather drive to KFC as they at least get the orders right....
