Bad attitude and broken cup

The staff had a very bad attitude this morning and didnt want to give me sugar for my two coffee's. They also gave me a broken cup. That leaked at the bottom. My pants are full of coffee stains and the rug on the floor of my car. Now my car is at work the whole day in the sun and that sour milk smell. I buy there coffee everyday. And they know us stopping there. But she was so rude and sarcastic when we didnt get sugar .
