Bad attitude and bad service by Manager Maria Masumbuka, Macdonald #***

Poor customer service and bad attitude from manager Maria Masumbuka assisted by cashier Michelle Mavuso. I come to Macdonald Pretoria central, Vanderwalt and Pretorius street, on my arrival I asked for the bathroom as I was pressed, they requested me to first buy and provide a receipt because I cannot enter without buying a meal and providing a receipt… I begged them I cannot stand the long cue to make a purchase first,I will do it when I return from the bath room, they did not care and even actions showing no remorse….I am so disappointed,I made a purchase but I am never coming back to Macdonald ever again, will go somewhere else.
