Bad attitude

At 13:20 I drove into the Benoni Macdonald's to get lunch for my wife and I, my order was 2 Big Tasty medium meals. One with a coke and the other a Watermelon McFizz with 2 Jalepeno sauces. My order didn't take long but as the server handed me my meal I opened the paper bag I asked her whether they included my Jalepeno sauces because from what I could see they didn't. Then she asked me to check inside the bag. Now at that point I felt disrespected because as a paying customer I'm the one who is asking her to check but she's asking me to check. Between her and I she's at work. She needs to ensure that my order is complete. Anyway, I tell her to check and I make her know that it's not my job to check and she also says it's not her job to check. Her job is only to give me the food, so the person who I took the order from should check. At this point I'm very much confused because the gentleman that took my order is working at the drive through counter. So I once again tell her it's not my job.

She then becomes angry and snatches the paper bag with the food away from me clearly she's abbreviated and isn't ashamed to express her anger towards me. I then say to her, " You can be angry but you still need to check my food". She laughs at me and disappears from the window. She returns after 5seconds and says your sauces are there. Meaning she didn't know whether or not they had been packed in to begin with. The only difference now is that the sauces are on top of the burger boxes, meaning they were not there to begin with. She just added them right at that moment.

I asked for for her name and she walked away. I then said "sorry sisi" (excuse me ma'am) then she tells me her name is Nthabiseng. I asked for her surname and she said Zwane. Then she walked away. So I'm struggling to understand why MacDonalds Benoni would hire someone who is brave enough to instruct a paying customer to do what they are hired for. What do they gain from hiring someone who clearly doesn't care about there job. She clearly doesn't need that job. Especially if she's asked to do something but tells clients that it's not in her job description.

She clearly needs to be trained on how to deal with clients because she's very confident in her bad attitude. She's used to getting away with it.

Ive been buying food at Benoni MacDonalds since 2005. Since the days when a Big Mac was R19.95.

Nthabiseng Zwane needs to be called to order. She's not bigger that the brand.
