Bad Attitude

The lady was the one taking orders through the intercom at the drive through. I greeted and she didn't greet back, I ignored the fact that she didn't say hi back. She then asked for my order and gave it to her, she seemed very tired and at the same time sounded very rude, like she was impatient or something. Management needs to address this accordingly because if this person is going to be dealing directly with clients then she needs to change her attitude. This happened in the evening, we are all tired as we are all from work so being tired cannot count as an excuse. Something needs to be done!!
