bad attitude

On more than one occasion the drive thru staff at mc donalds tokai get my order wrong and then to top it off have an attitude about it.yesterday simple instruction I would like all 3 drinks I ordered without ice,when I get the drinks they have ice in so I tell the lady giving me my food I don't want ice ,she looks at me and says well when you ordered you should have said so.I clearly did that.she rudely takes back the cooldrinks throws the ice out and gives me back the cool 34 full.what the hell is that about why didn't she give me other cooldrinks.I am so sick and tired of the rude staff at McDonalds tokai I will never go there again
