Bad attitude

I went to the Macdonalds near boulders and asked for a Big Mac meal with a milk shake . I asked the gentleman that served me what flavour s of milk shake were available and he advised that they had strawberry n chocolate as he was ringing my order I asked him about the new lime milk shake and told him I would like to try it he seemed unimpressed and deleted my order and rung a new order i then asked him if the price was different for the lime milkshake and the gentleman lost it and rudely said u asked for strawberry I did strawberry now u ask for lime! So I advised that I am really just asking I am a customer I would like to know... thereafter the shift manager ( Patricia)came to my rescue and assisted me very efficiently. I would suggest that this business re trains some of it staff I would never go back to that Macdonalds had the manager not come to my rescue!
