Bad attitude

When being assisted with my partner the assistant refused to take money by the hand...when the coins fell to tge ground sge shoved the icecream to my partner...when asked what her problem was she responded with an attitude..while standing there other customers were complaining about getting the same attitude from her saying that they know her. When asking an elderly lady what her name was she refused to tell me. I consulted with the manager and the manager informed me that she was not ready to talk and was refusing to apologise. The manager did not take my details down and did not take it further. This is very unacceptable and i will never buy from Mc Donald ever again. A person like this does not deserve to work with people. There are many restaurants we could have gone to and received better service.
