Bad attitude

Mcdonalds Mayville, well they recently had a revamp and I thought ill pass by to see how it looks. looks great by the way but revamping doesn't make up for employees bad attitudes. firstly placing your order at the drive trough was always a issue where the guy doesn't here you and you latterly have to shout your order. I decided to go in and place my order. I spoke to a man name Muso or Musa and this guy pushed the wrong buttons. gave me a FU attitude when I told him there's something wrong with the microphone. and told me I must learn to speak up. I asked him for his franchise manages number and apparently there don't have one. next time I wont be as calm as I was with such rudeness. I spend money there and you can not expect me to go there ever again. this branch can go and take some tips at McDonald's in Pretoria west as they are surely in a class of their own when it comes to working with paying customers.
