Bad Attitude

I was at Birch Acres Mcdonald at 14:30 going through the drive thru. The lady who was taking my order did not say that our orders will take long. We waited approximately 10mins. When I get to the window to pay I asked her why didnt she say. She gives me that funny look and tells me I wasnt by the speaker which is lie. I drove off not taking the order. Didnt get her name but she was very rude with attitude.
