Bad attitude

A couple of days ago I went to McDonald in Lyndhurst Johannesburg. At the drive through I was assisted by a very rude guy. I asked how much of a difference will it be if I order a meal without a drink or if it will just be cheaper to order a meal. His response was shocking to say the least. The guy was so annoyed and was blatantly rude towards me. I later called the store and spoke to the manager by the name of Andronica who promised to get back to me regarding my complaint. But to date she has not even bothered to call me.
