Bad and unprofessional service rendered

Waiting in drive thru for more than 25min did not move one car, then I left the drive thru and parked and walked in to get better service. When I entered the lady asked if when are paying cash or card because there card masjien Is off line...... this is very bad service know where in the drive thro there was a notice stating they are off line. There was definitely no loadshedding and all the cars in front of me about 10 to 12 was also not aware of the situation. I had to drive to a different McDonald's and had absolutely the best service ever. But after all that diesel and time wasted. Very disappointed in there problem solving and management skills as they do absolutely nothing to notify you.
