Bad and traumatising customer service

What a bad and traumatising customer service we received at McDonald’s Willows. The manager who doesn’t know customer service principles, he was very much unfriendly and rude, he took out his head on the drivetru window rudely exchanging words with us even when we asked him if he’s not gonna apologise, he ask why and when we explained he said he sees no need to apologise. I lodged a complaint with their customer care, they reached out to the store and one of the staff called me saying she’s the manager as I as asking for a formal apology from the manager who gave us bad attitude she hung up the call.
