Bad and poor service

Went to Tsakane Mall Mcdonalds today at 17:50 and ordered 2 regular folder meals and i had to wait a good 45min for my order only to find out when i went to the pay counter to enquire about the order. Only to be told that my order has not been prepared. About 15min upon paying i asked about my order and the cashier was very rude and did not even look at the receipt to refer to. I then asked for a refund and the manager took another good 10min before showing her face and she did not even come speak to me regarding the matter. As a paying customer i feel i was treated badly and am very unhappy with the service but most of all the managers filthy, rude and disregard of an attitude that she displayed towards me.
