Bad and no service

Good morning we have visit Mc Donalds Main Rd Paarl this morning at 6:42. They said we cannot enter the building as they only open at 7 and that we must go through the drive thru. When we went through the drive thru and wanted to order they instructed that we must go to the window to place the order. There the cashier ask how many times what we want to order. He did not listen properly. After we paid they said we must wait infront of the shop as they will bring our order. A lady brought our order to the car. I clearly ask her whether our order are correct and ask if our chips are in the bag. She looked and confirm that the order are correct. When we arrived at work our chips was not with the rest of our food and our coffee was ice cold. I called and spoke to Sandy where i have told her what happenend. She assured me that she will sent someone over tonour work to drop the rest of our order. We are still waiting. Mc Donalds Paarl's service are staff are very unproffessional and unhelpfull. We paid for a full order which we have not received and afterall we are visitors in Paarl. Thank you for NO service.
