Bad and arrogant service

At approx 22H30 we went through the drive through to buy a Big Mc Share box and 2 Ice Cream Cones...haha..guess what, the ice cream machine was not working!!. The price displayed on the drive through order board was R160.00, where the price on the display board outside was still R155.00. I asked her why the price on the screen differ from the price on their board. She was very arrogant by telling me that the price when up today!! I then ask why is the price on your display board not changed?...which to me means consumer rights, the price you see is the price you pay. We then asked for the manager on duty, we were told there's no manager..My friend then said he would take it up with HO in the morning, ..the lady on drive-through duty, told him...please do so, and she slamed the winow closed on us!!! This is not the first time, this time at night that the service there is unacceptable. Literely every evening, they don't have something..If it's no chocolate for the Mc Flurry, then thieir ice cream machine is not working...and lately they have been taking their time to prepare orders. Service is of non existance at Mc Donalds, Durbanville (Wellington Road)
