Bad Advertising!!!

I got to McDonalds - Tyger Manor, on the corner of Bill Bezuidenhout Ave, Bo Oakdale, Cape Town before 11am. Waited in the long drive through line for 30 Min's only to be told at the order booth that you require a ticket, which i did not have or knew i required. Could the staff or manager Carmen James not have saved my time and the rest of the customers time by informing us at the entrance of the parking lot that a ticket was required. This is bad management and lack of organization skills. One would think that a franchise as big as McDonalds would have handled the influx of people better. I feel this was just a ploy to get people in the line and have them then order regular priced meals. This is *********, hence i will no longer be frequenting any of the McDonalds outlets!<br>
